The hotel was quiet and clean. The room was plain, but clean and the bed top and pillows very comfortable. The towels in the bathroom are huge and like new. We stayed one night only. We will return and stay again for sure.

Shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes 24/7. I ordered food and a drink right before the kitchen closed (at 10:30) that they brought to my room—wasn’t expensive like room service. So I slept well and had a nice shower. Room was up to date with everything I needed. Couldn’t ask for more from an airport hotel and will definitely stay here again when I have an early flight out of Monterrey.

Shuttle bus worked well. I had an early start the next morning and enquired about the shuttle bus and was told by the lady at reception that it leaves every half hour, and to come 10 minutes beforehand. I duly came down to the lobby at 04:20, with the bus arriving seconds later; we boarded and waited until 04:30 and setoff for the airport! Very impressed.

Not my cup of tea. I did not like the building its felt old outdated. The room smelled to strong like paint. The lady in the lobby was not friendly. It’s weird they take a photo copy of the Identifications and even if they are minors. It felt like they were gonna steal the identity information. Will definitely never stay here. Only reason I stays was because my flight was early but even like that I didn’t want to stay at all.

Llegamos 11:48pm al hotel y salíamos a las 5am de ese día , solicitamos un espacio para estacionamiento , me comentaron que lo iban a revisar si había lugar disponible y me marcaban, subí a mi habitación , me llamaron al rededor de las 12am , y me comentó que si había lugar y me comentó cuánto sería el total a pagar , le pregunté que necesitaba para ya amarrarlo y me dijo que debía bajar y darle una información (no me comentó nada del pago) , baje y al estar en la recepción me comenta que para terminar el pago es por adelantado y le comenté que si había problema de pagárselo a las 5am , para no volver a subir , y me dijo si sin problema , entonces llene un papelito con la información , y me subí a la habitación , bajando a las 5am me comenta que “alguien llegó y ocupo mi lugar y pues que no se apartaban y que ya no tenía lugar” me pareció de muy mal gusto , ya que nunca me dijo que podría suceder eso, me pareció muy injusto ya que confiamos en que podría subir 4 horas a dormir y bajar sin problema, si me hubiera comentado que no quedaría reservado y que alguien podía ganarlo, hubiera subido por el dinero y bajado a pagar en el momento, la actitud del personal se me hizo muy nefasto, donde se justificaron con que “el señor llegó rápido y dejó el dinero y ya no pudimos hacer nada” es mentira eso porque tuvo que firmar y llenar papeles , pero bueno nos fuimos muy molestos de ahí
