Asked to change room right after checkin, bathroom was not clean at all. They gave us another room, better. Beds were fine. AC worked great. Carpet could be cleaner. Internet was fine. Hallways smelled and not very clean. Will not stay there again. Also our 2 lamps missing light bulbs.

Bathroom needed to be upgraded (peeling sink face, exposed / unpainted wood, ill-fitting shower curtain, large cracks in the sink poorly filled), missing decoration, missing room trim, lights above bed. Hotel was the same as previous stays, with the added benefit of breakfast. Only complaint was the internet which was fine when there were fewer guests, but unavailable on Friday and Saturday nights when higher occupancy. Staff said working fine, but not able to get on internet with any of 2 laptops, and 2 tablets - so problem was with system, not our equipment.
