Great family hotel. Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need. It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz

Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade.

Wir hatten anfangs ein negatives Erlebnis, denn unser Apartment war sehr schmutzig (Boden, Schlafcouch, Bad, Kühlschrank, einfach alles) Nach Anfrage bei der Rezeption bekamen wir aber sofort ein neues Apartment und dieses war dann sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Die zugehörigen Parkhäuser bieten ausreichend Platz, sind aber leider nicht kostenfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich und mit guter Auswahl. Der Strand liegt direkt am Hotel und ist nur durch die Promenade getrennt. Seebrücke, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zentrum sind gut fußläufig erreichbar. Was uns jedoch nicht gefallen hat, war das hauseigene Erlebnisbad. Dieses kann von jedem Gast 2 Stunden täglich kostenfrei genutzt werden. Wir kamen jedoch nicht dazu, da es zu jeder Tageszeit voll war und wir nicht reingelassen wurden. Das liegt daran, dass das Bad für die Hotelgröße viel zu klein ist und zudem mehrere Bereiche (u.a. Kleinkindbereich) gesperrt sind ("außer Betrieb"). Auch andere Bereiche (zb. Spielhalle und Restaurant Seestern) befinden sich im Umbau und sind nicht nutzbar. Da unser Urlaub leider von sehr schlechtem Wetter begleitet wurde und wir dadurch nicht an den Strand konnten, empfanden wir die vielen nicht nutzbaren Lokationen sehr ärgerlich. Ein Umbau im Winter wäre sinnvoller, statt zur Urlaubszeit im Juli. Fazit: da das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis eigentlich ok war, probieren wir es im nächsten Jahr noch einmal und schauen, ob sich was gebessert hat. Wir empfehlen das Hotel trotzdem

In der Küche im Zimmer war der Schrank an einer Ecke kaputt. Im Bad war in der Dusche Schimmel und der Seifenhalter war verrostet und abgeblättert. Es lag ein Haar vom Vorgast auf den Fließen, eine Fließe war defekt. Das Silikon bei der Ablage beim Waschbecken war verfärbt. Optimale Wassertemperatur konnte man auch nicht einstellen, entweder heiß oder ganz kalt. Die WC Brille war ein wenig defekt und die Toilette hatte Urinstein. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher. Der Föhn war verschmutzt und ging nach paar Sekunden aus. In den Fließenfugen war auch Schimmel.

Ein sehr unhöflicher Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken, dieser war sehr überheblich und beim Nachfragen hat man die Antwort erhalten, daß habe ich ihnen doch schon erzählt.Die Zimmer sind nicht so wie es im Internet beschrieben ist. Das Zimmer war schmutzig , die Kaffeemaschine konnte man am ersten Tag gar nicht benutzen so schmutzig war diese.Wir sind zu dritt angereist hatten aber nur für zwei Personen Handtücher.Die Schlafcouch war zum Schluss noch der Höhe Punkt so eine schmutzige Couch gönne ich noch nicht einmal meinen Feind

Die Zimmer sind schön hell und sauber, das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und auch noch zu späterer Zeit alles vorhanden. Ein Pluspunkt ist das Spaßbad im Haus, was im Preis enthalten ist und unserer Tochter und uns angenehme Abwechslung bereitet hat.

Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit der Fußböden zu wünschen übrig. Drei von sechs Abenden war das Wasser kalt. War nicht sehr schön, kalt duschen zu müssen. Trotz Meldung an der Rezeption änderte sich nichts. Wir hätten eine Entschuldigung erwartet. Beim Frühstück fehlten Müslis und es war zu wenig Obst und Gemüse da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ist es eine schöne Anlage.

Das Preis Leistungs verhältnis ist für die Unterkunft sehr gut. Essen und Getränke sind etwas zu teuer. Das Personal war bei uns immer sehr freundlich. Ich hatte im Hotelzimmer etwas vergessen.
