Get what you pay for.

When torrential rail fell the window to the bathroom (located internally not facing outside) leaked badly and caused a pool of water to sit on bathroom floor, hallway and out front door. The shower has no curtain or barrier so always leaks over bathtub and the shower holder was so loose the shower head kept falling - ended up using as hand shower. You basically get what you pay for here, when i arrived i was told deposit must be paid in cash but nowhere on site or booking does it state this just says about deposit. The Burlington apparetments did not get back to me based upon 3/4 emails i sent. As i say you get what you pay for, location was ideal for me for where i needed to be.

Infortunadamente terrible.

Infortunadamente mi experiencia fue terrible, llegamos al hotel y el inodoro no servia osea no podimos utilizar el baño, el televisor nunca sirvio, realice la recerva en este hotel por el servicio de piscina y estaba cerrada, me puse en contacto con el hotel y hasta el momento no obtengo respuesta, fui varias veces al hotel donde me entregaron las llaves y solicite por lo menos el arreglo del baño y hasta 3 dias despues fueron a medio solucionarlo ya que no quedo en buen funcionamiento, no hay cortina de ducha por lo que te duchas y se moja todo el baño, no hay almohadas ni mantas extras, los colchones y almohadas una cochinada, los tomacorrientes no sirven, lo unico limpio fueron los utencilios de la cocina, en fin una experiencia poco recomendable .

Muy sucio, paredes, ventanas, cortinas, llenos de suciedad, tenía hasta una cucaracha, olía mal el apartamento, zonas comunes del edificio, con colillas de cigarros en el suelo y ascensores, en general muy mal todo

Non riesco a trovare un aggettivo che descriva in maniera esaustiva la mia esperienza presso tale struttura Stanza sporchissima, armadi senza ante,bagno da far paura, ventilatore non funzionante, frigo sporco, scarafaggi sugli stipiti della porta, tra l'altro rotta Abbiamo abbandonato questa "stalla" dopo neanche 5 minuti dall'arrivo Un consiglio....evitate di prenotare

L'accès pour l'accueil est très compliqué mais les personnes étaient sympathiques. L'immeuble ne ressemble pas forcément aux photos avec des couloirs défraichis et concernant la piscine on frole la publicité mensongère, elle se trouve dans un autre hôtel à 300m. Concernant le logement : une catastrophe. Réservation pour 3 personnes nous n'avons eu qu'une seule serviette de bain. Le sol était sale et il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain (dans la baignoire y compris). A EVITER

L'appartamento purtroppo non era molto pulito abbiamo anche trovato in cucina acqua sul pavimento e abbiamo dovuto noi pulire, tra l'altro per giorno 26/08/2019 avevo anche prenotato una camera e dopo aver prenotato ho visualizzato gli orari per me impossibili da usufruire visto che il mio arrivo con la famiglia sarebbe stato alle 2:00 di notte del 26/08, vi ho contattati per il cambio orario ma non avete fatto nulla in merito ! Capisco che non era rimborsabile ma almeno rimediare con un altra camera e gli orari, invece vi siete tenuti i soldi ed ho dovuto pagare un altro albergo. Mi era stato detto che facevate il possibile per il rimborso e farcelo avere tramite l'altro Hotel , mi sono informata in Hotel il mattino dopo ma loro erano allo scuro di questa cosa.

La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi. Ottima posizione per chi vuole divertirsi alla sera tra bar, discoteche e ristoranti. Struttura deludente. Lavori in corso. Reception inesistente in quando bisogna rivolgersi ad un altro albergo. Televisione che non funzionava in quanto mancanza di collegamento. Il phone a noleggio con una cauzione di 20€.

Sporcizia ovunque, manutenzione zero, appartamento vecchio, zero comfort e per non parlare della reception, se si hanno dei problemi bisogna essere fortunati a trovarla aperta visto che hanno degli orari ridicoli, aperta fino alle 16 il sabato fino alle 12 e la domenica chiusa.. per 4 persone a nostra richiesta ci hanno dato un phon(da viaggio) dovendo pagare 20 € di cauzione che neanche lo stesso phon valeva.. Ma vabbè.. Un consiglio, specificate che le prese non sono come quelle che usiamo in Italia e nella maggior parte dei paesi europei se non tutti, visto che al nostro arrivo siamo dovuti correre a comprarle a 3€ ciascuno che non mi pare poco, oltre al disagio che abbiamo avuto visto che appena arrivati siamo dovuti correre ai ripari.. Pessimo, non vi fate ingannare di buono ha solo la posizione, per il resto a noi ha solo rovinato in parte la vacanza, ci siamo trovate malissimo, soprattutto per la mancanza di igiene che ci tengo a sottolineare,siamo andate a lamentarci e ci hanno detto che ce la facevano ripulire ed in pratica sono venuti solo ad aggiustare i letti, neanche una spazzata a terra.A mio parere da chiudere! MAI PIÙ!!!

L'apartament era confortable però amb soroll del carrer i entra la llum perquè les cortines no son opaques. Si t'agrada l'oci nocturn està en plena zona nit. Molt ben comunicat amb bus i bus turístic. Llàstima que estaven en obres per gairebé tota la illa, però encantadora i bonica.
