Very dated, room dark, carpet dirty, fly screen broken and air condition noisy!

The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. They even serve breakfast, although I just went to the Tims. For this price you really can't complain. Also I found it surprisingly quiet, knowing it is basically located along the highway.

HOTEL WAS A LITTLE DATED BUT WAS COMFORTABLE FOR AN OVERNITGHT STAY. SHEETS AND TOWELS COULD DO WITH AN UPDATE.

Find another hotel on the other side of town. Permanent vagrants reside here. The pictures are NOT a representation of the rooms on offer. We left our shoes on because the carpet was a stained mess that smelt like an animal lives there. The sheets were a brown shade of white and made your skin crawl, the bed needs to be replaced. The shower was clean and hot. The continual thimping of the laundry below our room reminded us all night why we will never stay here again. Breakfast was full of sugar, carbs and unhealthy oils (butter did not exist) no fruit in sight.

The sheets were threadbear and the elastic on the fitted sheets was worn out. The fitted sheet kept coming loose when you moved around on the bed. Really need to upgrde their bedding. They seemed short staffed. The lady tried her best to answer our questions to get the tv working, but she really could have used some help.

The stay was average and we basically got what we pay for. But my main concern was the mood of the clerk who served us. It is hard for me to believe that a position of direct contact with customers, could accept a person who I did not see smile to us in days. She definitely does not give a good PR to your business. Anyone can see she does not like her job.

Our room was ok it was being renovated. New hardwood floors bathroom floor was all cracked Room was clean enough. But although there were coffee cups there was no coffee pot or coffee. They offered breakfast from 7-9 but we were catching a plane at 4 am and would have liked to have a coffee before heading out. Otherwise room was ok and was only a one night stay to catch plane
