Rooms and front desk staff were great. House keeping did a great job on our rooms. The only issue was that Sunday morning the elevator was out of order and we had to wait to use the service elevator. They did fix the elevator by the afternoon and it ran great the rest of the trip

300 dollar deposit?

A 300 dollar deposit (that is not noted when booking) for an old hotel is crazy. The bath tub did not drain and there was a flood in the hall so everything smelled of mold. The bed was very comfortable.

It Used To Be A Good Value .

I have stayed here a few times , “was” always a value stay . How ever charging a resort fee and parking fee on top of that , with same old San Remo rooms , makes me not wanna stay here . The room was farely clean flor could have used some vac time . Bed was comfi , shower worked fine . Steak and shake was the only food option , the combo was nice tasty Omg the floors stick to your shoes , tables were dirty . I won’t be staying at OYO any more .

Bathtub was disgusting. I didn’t notice the damaged tub until I was actually getting ready to use it. One of the towels had a stain on it. I used that towel to block the smells from the hallway from entering my room. Do not recommend staying here. The one nice thing is that steak shack was in the hotel and they were excellent with food and service.
