Nice property, and even nicer staff! The property was fine, but the villa we stayed in could have used fresh paint and some updates. The staff was fabulous. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and quite accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is clean and well kept. This is our 2nd time in 2 years and both times our views from room. were not good. This time waiting 4 hours for a room and it looked at the parking lot. The pool area is nice and very quiet. There is no extras or any over the top service.

WOW to everything. came back to this resort after 5 years and its only gotten better! Wonderful and kind staff, keeping all areas clean and tidy at all times, which is not a small task in a waterpark! We had a spacious suite to accommodate the 5 us very comfortably, including a fully functioning kitchen which came in handy when preparing my daughter's food (Celiac safe). Thank you for a lovely stay!

The suite was spacious and had a nice pool area. The property is dated and in need of repairs. The tv’s wouldn’t work and the staff could not fix them. There was constant power tools running during the day as they tried to fix other issues on the roof. We we were also told that the water would get shut off at some point to fix a main line. The resort has let this property go unrepaired for too long.
