Average hotel with great beach location and great views from our top floor room and the Mix rooftop bar. Service is inconsistent and not the greatest. Food is average at best and inferior to our experience on the French side of St. Martin. The beach has plenty of beach chairs, but the hotel makes it a challenge to exchange towels by only allowing this at the concierge stand during certain hours - there should be towel kiosks at the beach.

This was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We were sad that Seabreeze restaurant and pool were shut as we liked that area but there was a new a la carte in the buffet . The food was good and the resort was clean . My only criticism would be the staff as the majority weren’t particularly friendly.

Never used the pool area. The staff in general was very nice beside the ones who helped with the chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We did tip them good and they still had attitude!

Fabulous room with absolutely stunning views. Large, clean and comfortable. The only complaint we have is that the pillows were hard foam and should be softer. AC was very good. Staff was extremely polite and the pool was dry nice but loungers/chairs were reserved with towels by early morning.

This is a great resort. The check in was quick and easy. Edriek the cart driver helped us to the room and was very informative. Room was clean. Staff is very nice. Try to get room on the higher floors for best views. Met several staff members who were so helpful. Martin gave us lots of info about the island and the property. They have a roof top bar with great views. There is a young man at the pizza stand with a pizza named after him who was also memorable. Thanks for a great stay.
