Nice little hotel with great staff

The hotel is cheap and cheerful. Its nice and clean, and the staff are helpful and friendly. We were there to attend a concert and i must say, its location to the train station is fantastic.

Good location, in the centre of Richmond. Helpful staff, room clean and tidy. No where to sit and relax in reception area. We stayed in a compact double area. Plaster peeling off in the corner of the room and in the shower room. A few cracks in the tiles in the shower cubicle. Shower room far too small. You can hardly move in there

Clean fresh rooms though the common areas were a bit tired. Clasps on all windows broken so could only close some windows, which wasn't a problem in the current weather. Two receptionists, one polite & helpful, the other not. Good value for the area.
