The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind.

The staff were very helpful (providing directions, transportation, hotel services). The staff on duty whose name I forgot went out of his way to arrange a transportation for me going back to Hanoi and also to Ba Cha. He was helpful from the moment I checked in to the time I boarded the limousine service for Hanoi. Ms. Lanie - I hope I got her name right - was very professional, and helpful. She made sure I had the correct information for the reservation another hotel staff was making for me to get back to Hanoi on time. She also gave me some information on the native culture of Sa Pa, which increased my knowledge of the local culture of Sa Pa. Thanks. I really had a pleasant stay in the hotel! Piolito B. Terrible experience. They try and overcharge you for every possible thing. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine to take to my room, they asked for more than the menu price. When I asked why it was more than the menu listed, I was told that if you don’t drink in restaurant you have to buy it from their gift shop for more. Then upon check out, they tried to charge me for having used their towels (apparently they were too dirty). For the price and VIP experience they advertise, they should treat their guests better

The hotel rooms facing the mountain has a nice view. It is slightly marred by people speaking loudly at night and also was kind of disappointed when I booked a mountain facing a grand deluxe room for two adult and one child, but it only had one king sized bed. 밖이나 다름 없었던 추운 방

내가 묵은 방은 너무 추웠다. 원인은 창문이었다. 창틀과 창이 맞지 않아서 2cm 정도의 틈이 열려있었고 그 틈으로 매서운 바람이 들어왔다. 커튼을 쳐도 소용없었다. 직원에게 그 모습을 보여줬지만 웃으며 아무 문제 없다며 이불만 2개 더 주었다. 밤새 턱이 덜덜 떨리도록 추웠고 여행으로 인한 피로는 전혀 풀리지 않았다. 이 호텔에 다시 묶느니 노숙을 하겠다.

The property was lovely, the room was large and comfortable and the view of the mountain was amazing! Breakfast was great with many options. Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Location was great for being within easy walking to the downtown core and access to the Sapa Station to get to the mountain cable car. The room was quiet and beds were super comfy!

The views from the room are amazing. The hotel is very modern with a great breakfast. It is central so all the main areas are walkable. Even though it is central the rooms with a view are quiet. I would definitely recommend a room with a view and we chose the deluxe room. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with a great view of the mountains until it started raining and fogging. Otherwise, the room was very spacious, clean and the location is quite easy to get around the town. Reception staff knows English and knowledgeable. 10/10.

Staying at this hotel was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Our every changing view of Sa Pa mountains and valley was sensational. The pillow and linen luxurious. They cleaned and mopped our room every day. Breakfast has a smorgasbord of food and pho was the best we had in Vietnam. Congee was delicious too. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. We walked around SaPa town comfortably as the hitel is suited 2 minutes away from the square, 5 minutes to the lake. Resturants, shopping next door, massage and convenience store across the road. I love Sa Pa and this hotel made our stay of 6 days very enjoyable.
