I unexpectedly needed a room for about 4 hours on the Moro h of the 19th. I thought I was just booking that time til I checked out, but it was actually the next night. The hotel owner was just really aggressive and rude to me. What really upset me though is that she told me explicitly to call Hotels.con and she will refund it bc they hadn’t charged me yet. I do so, she told th she wouldn’t, and the. Ghosted me on follow up calls. This was all outside in the rain at 8am. These people are awful, take the off your site:

the inn is not a chain and is staff is always friendly . i support local business . I am happy for on site parking near rooms . Glad rooms are street level and no need for stairs/elevator . local motel in downtown dining shopping san carlos area . Am lucky dec 6 last minute reservation . I sheltered here , my job nearby .the inn is small , fits right in the downtown plan ? Bed and pillows above average for me .so is the mini fridge-microwave / heater-ac / cable ,too.

I’ll be honest, it is not the greatest place to stay. The staff is super nice, the location for me is super convenient, but other than that if you aren’t getting it for $65/70 a night… I’m not sure you would agree with the value. Again, staff is super nice and pleasant, I just wish it was a little nicer.
