We booked short notice, less than 24hrs. Arrived at property and the lobby was closed, pool and hot tub were closed. Did not even look like it was open . We tried to cancel but they would not give us a refund. We ended up eating the fees and going to a different location

Didn't stay for the 2nd night.

No desk service, it was next door at the Thunderbird Motel. The room was modest, but the odor of disinfectant spray was upsetting. The beds were of minimal comfort. We were touring all day and returned after 9 pm to find no cleaning had been done and we would be sharing a towel in the morning. The odor was still disturbing. We booked a room at another hotel.

The hotel clerk told me room number 505. I spent time driving around looking for it! Couldn’t find it so I called front desk! I was directed to the corporate call center and they gave me their number. Well she wrote it down wrong shoulda been 105!! Not good!!! I did not like the hotel we had bugs in our room. The room was stinky, they advertised a pool and got on their website, but the didn't have neither one. I got bit but a spider in the room the water in the shower was cold it wouldn't get hot. I will not be staying there again I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
