If they stick you in the floor 1 rooms behind reception, be warned. Absolutely absurd that those are even rooms available. Luckily they very kindly moved me when I was concerned about the noise. The place is clean, basic, had a basic reno fairly recently so the rooms look pretty good. I wouldn't rush back but it's decent.

We were in town for a work convention and UMA House was so convenient to the convention center. It was within walking distance to a ton of restaurant options and shopping. The pool area was really nice and the rooms were spacious and well stocked. Very nice and would highly recommend for a boutique style experience!
