O hotel não é ruim. A cama é boa e grande, muito confortável. Mas nos colocaram no 3 andar, o elevador parou de funcionar algumas vezes, tivermos que subir de escadas, e o pé direito de cada andar era o dobro do tamanho comum. 🙆‍♂️ Mas o café da manhã era OK, o pessoal da recepção super educados e prestativos, a localização é uma das melhores, fica proximo a tudo.

Its all about the location with this place. Really close to the Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio & shops/restaurants. The rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean & with everything you could ever need.
