Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The property is roughly an hour walk from the city center so that was the only downside. The kitchen and fridge in the room was super convenient and the free laundry was also another plus! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

We choose this apartment hotel for a long weekend visit rmto Vienna. Its about 20 minutes out from the city centre using the Tram. The communication before the trip was good. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and spotless.

I would not recommend this place. It is not located in the city center, so you need to rely on transportation to get back and forth. Additionally, the street is extremely loud. I read reviews that led me to book this accommodation, but if you value comfort while traveling, this is not the right place for you. On a positive note, I want to mention that the employee at the breakfast area was exceptionally sweet and kind. She made our experience much better.

Our experience at the Citadines was fantastic. Great amenities. Our apartment was spacious and lovely decorated, lots of space. If we ever come back to Vienna we'd definitely stay here again. I'd recommend this hotel to friends 👬 & family 👪 Tram number 1 drops you into the city within 15 mins and its right behind the apartments on Davidgausse.

The stay was fantastic. The receptionists need to be a bit friendlier and more knowledgeable. However, the place is excellent.

We were very comfortable there. It is a little far from the center, so know that when booking, but the 1 tram gets is in the corner and gets downtown in about 10-15 minutes. You can buy tickets on the tram with cash or card. We were there longer term, and the wifi and layout were great for working. I’d suggest a room facing the back, if available as they were very quiet.

Very nice location. A bit noisy because it’s next to heavy traffic and a hospital I think. Lots of ambulances going around. The toaster was missing. Otherwise an excellent stay. No major complaints. The staff is extremely helpful and cheery.
