The staff made this hotel top of the line, we were treated very well and would always stay here when in salt lake. Clean quiet hotel several dining options within walking distance. Area around hotel was super chill, breakfast was great too! Felt uncomfortable staying there, receptionist was rude and demanded I’d for both adults, I tried to ask if this was mandatory as I’ve never been asked for both id’s, she stated it was always a hotel policy and if her coworkers didn’t follow policy, she did. I can understand this but she was rude about it. No costumer service it almost seemed like she was mad but I felt not comfortable staying there.
