They don’t provide tissue or a change of sheets for extended stays ….. my key card keep disabling because they entered the wrong check out date …. Elevators don’t work …. Only provided a shower option no tub option Horrible stay

The elevator was not working. The door closest to our room would not work from the outside and the staff did not offer to hold the door open for my Mother who just had surgery and was was not supposed to use the stairs. The range cook top was out of order. The A/C was high and miss. That was one of the reasons we were staying there, as our A/C was out and Mom just got discharged from the hospital after hip replacement surgery. The experience could have been so much better.

Rationale: Informed inspections required because people break stuff on the way out the door. Trash bags surrounding commercial garbage bin.
