Great all-inclusive! Taxis came by frequently to go into the city and clubs, however, the amenities offered were what made it worth it! Also - super close proximity to the beach. Reasonable stay overall, hotel complex is large and well kept. Was quite busy, even late in the season and that meant that space around the pools was limited, and on a couple of days the hotel ran out of towels. The food at the restaurant is all a bit same-same each day, but was reasonable enough, just quite busy at times, particularly those needing to eat early in the evening with kids. It was quite hard to get slots at the a la carte restaurants. Great staff for the most part, all really friendly and helpful.

Not worth the money

This resort is good not great. Location is great and most of the staff generally is kind and friendly. The biggest issue is the food. The food is ok at BEST and the term “all inclusive” is a bit misleading. Ginergerale is not part of the standard offering, that was considered premium which is ridiculous. Staying at the “white” resort after 10/11:00 there is no food or service and you have to walk all the way across the bridge to the other resort. For the price point and mediocrity of the food and options I’d say stay somewhere else more economical.

Great stay!

Overall a great stay. I was a bit disappointed with our 'view' of what appeared to be a water retention area and too many mosquitoes to enjoy the patio. The room was clean, but somewhat dated. The artwork was hideous (literally looked like dark dirty stream of water stirring up the dirt on a river bottom!). The all-inclusive food options and drinks were all wonderful. It was great to have something available 24/7. Didn't get much time to spend at the pools, but appeared most chairs were 'taken' with towels, but no one actually utilizing them. It would be great if 'non-use' time limits were enforced to free up chairs to those who actually want to use them.

The proximity to the beach, number of pools, quality of the buffet food (and variety) were all pluses. A junior sweet was big enough to comfortably sleep two adults and two children. The renovated rooms were clean and modern. Things may be different if visiting during peak summer months as our trip was the last week of October or if you are looking for something close to the nightlife or actuon of Ibiza. Beach is a 5 minute walk and had beautiful clear water and again was quiet with lots of space to enjoy it. Only real downside was availability of a la carte options. We were told to book as they are busy at check in. When checking the Hotel app there was no availability for the whole week we were there. We checked this just after arrival and check in. Guest services kindly put us on a waiting list and we managed to get an early reservation at one.

Fantastic hotel, we went with 4 generations including baby, 30s, 50s and almost 80 and the hotel catered fabulously to us all. Great all inclusive, with NICE food and drinks not rubbish buffet stuff, can’t rate enough!

The hotel is good in general, staff is friendly and food is good however if you spend a significant amount of money to stay in a luxuxy hotel, you don't expect to need to pay to use the jacuzzi and heated pool. I was very disapointed when I found out as it is not clear when we make the resetvation that you need to pay extra for the spa.

Regular, los horarios del restaurante no flexibles, los restaurantes de reservación siempre son disponibilidad, el restaurante frente a la alberca principal muy malo y nunca había camastros disponibles en la alberca.
