Tell your guests how the breakfast works without their having to ask or not hear about. Let your guests know of the extra parking lot nearer to some of the cottages, so they don't drag their good luggage along the gravel paths from he primary lot.

The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, however, our second stay was not as pleasant as our first. The sheets and bedding were lush and soft but our mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable this time around. I did not sleep well unfortunately. We were also woken up with a septic company pumping directly outside our door at 7:30 a.m. I would consider staying elsewhere for our next visit unless updates are made regarding the comfort of the mattress.
