Staff were very friendly and helpful (the lock on my room was broken and they fixed it immediately). The location is convenient for the port, so if you're going to take ferry trips, it's a good location. However, it's a slightly longer walk to the main tourist street and the nearest monorail station.

Good hotel if you are a sound sleeper.

Great service from staff and ameneties. Room was also clean and modern,but the bed was hard and worst of all the AC in the bathroom is crazy loud so as a light sleeper i had a hard time getting propper sleep. Street noise is also there but not that bad.

The room was okay but there was a weird smell throughout the whole building, especially in the elevator, which didn’t feel fresh. Breakfast is okay for the cheap price. Pretty good location with proximity to the ferry port. Overall happy for the cheap price but they need to do something about the smell…

Staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast was surprisingly very good and filling, easy check in and check out. Not to bad for short term, especially if your not planning to stay in your room all day. It’s reasonably priced for what you get. Cons- the pillows were a little uncomfortable, I found a couple silverfish on my first day, and it took a bit of a long time to wait for the hot water to kick in when I was having a shower.

この度は大変快適に滞在させていただきました。 スタッフの皆様は親切で丁寧に対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。客室はアップグレードしていただけたようで、広々として清潔でとても快適でした。ベッドや浴室も清掃が行き届いており、眺望も素晴らしく、滞在の満足度がさらに高まりました。 朝食は定食形式でバランスが良く、しっかりと食べられる内容で、男性でも十分満足できると思います。立地もモノレール駅から徒歩10〜15分と便利で、駅前やホテル前にはタクシーが多く走っており、バス停も近くにあるため移動に困ることはありませんでした。さらに、徒歩圏内に旅行会社があり、急な観光ツアーの利用にも便利でした。 全体的に大満足の滞在でしたが、一点だけ気になったのは宅配便の依頼についてです。ホテルからも発送は可能とのことでしたが、近くの郵便局を案内され、少し依頼しづらい雰囲気を感じたため利用を控えました。とはいえ、ビジネス利用には非常におすすめできるホテルだと思います。観光目的の場合も、タクシーや宅配便を併用すれば快適に過ごせると感じました。
