This place was amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice. I will definitely stay again. It’s two blocks from Buenavista Mall and is walkable and safe. There’s also a nice little coffee shop on the first floor.

The check-in process was horrible. I should be able to just bring my passport and check in. I had to sit there for an hour trying to log into your system to upload my passport electronically. This was an awful experience for all four travelers. For this reason, I probably will not stay there again.

My stay there was great, the location is amazing, and so are the people. Literally my only problem is that the WiFi kept crashing and was not very good, other than that I would definitely stay again if the WiFi was better
