Nice and very friendly boutique style hotel. Rooms are clean and the area around the hotel is great. Lots of wonderful shops, restaurants, and bars and groceries. Like most rooms in Japan, rooms are on the smaller side if you’re coming from the United States. That didn’t bother us. I thought it was very efficient. Very close to the Tokyo station and other train stations. When I go back to Japan, I will stay there again.

The staff is friendly and eager to please. The hotel is clean and in good shape. It is close (walking distance) from the Tokyo Station and there are many local restaurants. As for breakfast, the hotel offers a breakfast but it costs extra. I went to the 7-11 and Lawson’s—all close by—to get coffee. I also found a bakery and cafe close to the Tokyo Station for a slightly larger and costlier breakfast option. I would stay there again bc it is a good location to get around town, the hotel is nice (not luxurious) and staff is professional and eager to please.
