I really liked the hotel. It was modern, comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, close to many sites but in a smaller street away from the noise and crowds. Staff was friendly and helpful but a couple of things disappeared from my room, money and two items of clothing which left me a bit concerned. Overall, a great place to stay; breakfast was also great.

Hotel com uma localização excelente (próximo a quase tudo a pé). O atendimento também foi excelente, funcionários solicitos. O hotel é limpo e organizado, as instalações estão em boas condições. O quarto possui um chuveiro bom, cama confortável, cofre, espelhos e espaço adequado para duas pessoas. O hotel possui elevador e rampas de acesso. Café da manhã muito bom. Com certeza é uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Madri, eu voltaria a me hospedar.

Hotel bem localizado, rua tranquila e bonita, com supermercado e estacao de metro do lado. O Cafe da manha estava otimo, bastante opcoes. O quarto era um pouco pequeno, mas como tinha uma area com o guarda roupas facilitou, ideal para casais ou viagem solo. Voltaria com certeza.

Great Stay in a Central Location

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. We requested to change rooms for a larger and sunnier space, and the manager was very responsive, quickly finding us an available option and assisting with the move for a small additional fee. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance.

王立劇場のすぐ近く、オペラ広場からほんの少し裏通りを入ったところにあり、タクシー乗り場や地下鉄にも近く、マドリード観光の拠点にするのにとても便利です。隣にはスーパーマーケットDiaもあります。建物の内部はきれいにリフォームされていてモダンなデザインです。朝食もシンプルながら美味しくいただけました。
