Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was slow and poorly managed. We had two rooms reserved, and the staff handed us the key cards without any identification or room numbers. When we asked which card belonged to which room, they simply said they “didn’t know” and that we should try them out ourselves — an unacceptable level of service for any hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any proper rest. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or willingness to help. To make matters worse, around 11 PM, several children were running and jumping between the room balconies. It was loud, disruptive, and frankly dangerous, especially at that hour. Despite reporting the issue, it took about an hour before the hotel staff did anything about it — and no apology or compensation was offered. On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even though it was clearly listed as included in our original booking. Although it wasn’t detailed in the confirmation email, it was explicitly stated during the reservation process on Hotels.com. I had to file a complaint through the website and spend nearly two hours resolving the issue before receiving a refund. It was a frustrating and entirely avoidable situation. Poor service, mismanaged facilities, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel under any circunstances

Nice enough but probably wouldn’t return

Nice location, room was fine and there’s a regular shuttle bus. However, we didn’t much like the breakfast- pastries were nice but didn’t fancy the rest! Staff weren’t particularly friendly and I don’t like the no bags policy. Expensive food at dinner, and you have to pay to park. Next time we’d probably try somewhere else.

Very pretty but service could improve

Beautiful scenery and easy shuttle service to Disney. Don’t realise parking was quite so pricey and the staff haven’t been too friendly (only one person on reception so took a while and he seemed stressed!). At breakfast I wasn’t allowed my bag at the table so they put it in a cupboard? Think they’re worried about customers taking food away from breakfast. Dinner was quite expensive so we ended up going to macdonalds!

Pas mal pour un petit séjour

Hôtel proposant de nombreux services surtout lorsque l'on est en vacances, dommage que les chambres soient très mal isolée thermiquement et un peu bruyante (chambre à côté de la porte de passage) Ferme pédagogique génial pour les enfants et buffets avec bcp de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Siamo tornati dopo 8 anni , la struttura è stata rimodernata e molto pratica , colazione nella norma e abbiamo cenato una sera ( c’erano tre scelte .. meglio prima che era a buffet) unica pecca sono i bus che al mattino vanno al parco dalle 8.30 ogni 10 min. La sera invece ce n’è uno dal parco SOLO ogni ora .. si potrebbe migliorare
