Don’t stay here. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the wall, and the shower wasn’t working correctly. I wish I took pictures. We stuck it out and stayed for two nights, but will definitely NOT stay again. Spend the extra $50 a night and stay down the road. Worth every penny to upgrade to a different hotel.

Our television kept turning off. Although they had maintenance come and fix it it did it few more times after that. When we moved the dresser to fix it we found a pair of dirty underwear behind it. I tried to upload a photo but it wouldnt let me. We were surprised the maintenance guy didnt see them. There was some type of red guck on one of the lights light bulbs. They only gabe us 1 wash cloth for 2 people. When asked to change rooms we were told sorry but this is an older hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. The spa was not functional, and none of the ice makers worked. I went to every floor and they were all out of service. The breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly.

A little disappointed, being that I have booked this hotel in the past. After leaving for the day, they didnt clean the room, I returned in the evening and had to request towels and was told they dont have any and are still in the process of cleaning them and would not be available till 9am the next day. Went down to get coffee in the am, and the creamers were all bad. After notifying staff, they did not remove, and another occupant had the same issue. Hair dryer in room was also not functional. Hotel was ok, but a lot of little things are not maintained and kept up on.

This property needs serious cosmetic upgrades. Rugs stained, peeling wallpaper, broken plaster, and rust. The ice machine’s have been broken for months. The shuttle ends at 3:00 so $$$ to get from Islip.

The rooms are in need of updating and carpeting in the hallways. Everything looks worn and not in a good way. Attention to details would make the overall appearance of the hotel better. The breakfast compared to other La Quinta's was way below in offerings. Also Three pillows for a king size bed is not enough or acceptable.

This hotel needs serious repair, better housekeeping service and a better breakfast offering. There were holes in the walls, very low water pressure and a mattress that you could feel the springs. When we requested clean towels, only two large ones were delivered and the used towels on the floor were left there. The breakfast consisted of stale bagels, bread and poor tasting muffins. Yogurt, fruit and cereal were offered. No protein even on the weekend. The fruit was the best tasting of everything, The only positives for this hotel was the cost(I guess you get what you pay for) and the close proximity to the airport.

The hotel condition throughout IS terrible and needs immediate renovation. The room ceiling and walls are peeling. The carpet and recliner are filthy. The bathroom walls have holes in them. The toilet is cracked and the tub ceramic is worn and rusted. The shower head and faucet both drip constantly. Although it’s been a few years I’ve stayed there in the past and never saw such condition. I will NEVER go there again. I complained to the stall and management and got the impression they didn’t care.
