The room was freezing despite heating on there was a huge building outside our window that had the most horrible sound all night. The bed was rock solid we had zero sleep 😴 rooms are nit soundproof could hear everyone .the breakfast was a disgrace 😒. Was spoken to rudely by reception staff because we booked with a 3rd party and was told very abruptly they required room deposit. Will never stay there again how about instead of filling the place with stupid tat and pictures ,train your staff better if could give no stars i would

The room was a decent size for a twin. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom needed attention to all the fittings i.e. shower rail was lose as was the hand basin tap & toilet roll holder. The towels were a nice quality. The hot breakfast was good and the cereal options & cold meats were very nice. The staff were very helpful with ideas for an evening meal in the location.
