This property was soo perfect for someone travelling in and out of Venice. The staff were amazing and the room was soo cute. The air con was lovely and everything was soo clean.

Taxi could not be ordered the night before needed. Instead you had to go down to desk 20 minutes before time taxi needed to order it, and bring your key which controlled electricity in room so roommates could not use hair dryers, lights, fans etc while waiting for taxi arrival.

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and it is really good, it was clean, the beds are good and the air conditioning works really well, very polite and friendly staff, they helped us with the hotel and also gave us some hints about where to visit, surely will be back soon
