Stayed in single with bathroom. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel well located within 3 mins walk of Paddington Station. Staff were excellent - first class. WIFI was good and easy to log on to. Tea making facilities were available on middle floor for all to use. No lifts so if on 6th floor like I was then be prepared for a climb but for my one night stay I really cold not fault this hotel.

The staff was very courteous! The room was far from spacious and could definitely use some wall space or areas for personal items to be placed. Also there was no place to put clothes other than on some hangers, and the first morning there was no hot water due to a problem with the boiler.

We had a lovely time and were happy to find how easy it was to travel around the city from the hotel’s ideal location right down from Paddington. Stayed for six nights in July 2025, the best thing about the property was the location. It’s a three minute walk to Paddington Station(which has good food option, especially for grab and go breakfasts) which allows you to access all parts of London, Heathrow, Gatwick, everything that’s on your bucket list, Big Ben, the tower of London, Wimbledon, we went all the way to Portsmouth and it was a snap. We had a room overlooking the park in front and it was great. If you’ve never been to London, this is a really good spot to make a start and see what London is.

Fantastic location right next to Paddington station. Direct tube lines to the city and Heathrow. Downstairs room was a little warm in July and if we opened the window city noises were a bit much for comfortable sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. A good choice for budget conscious traveler for good location and one of few hotels that offered sleeping accommodations for four.

The purpose of paying for a hotel room is to have somewhere to sleep! The tube made the room vibrate with a dull rumble every 2 to 3 minutes. This goes on until 00:30 when the tube stops and starts again at 05:00. This gave just 4hrs30 for sleeping! I should have saved my money and got the early train to the airport rather than staying near Paddington. This meant the whole stay was a massive waste of money and rather than be fresh for a days travelling was left feeling rough after no sleep. The staff were nice enough and the room was OK. Not great just OK with a slight smell of damp. As the issue with the tube means you can’t sleep there is no point in staying here. If it was a bargain and you had a night out so slept regardless would be OK but it ain’t a baragain.
