localização muito boa para quem vai em evento na São Paulo expo, da pra ir a pé. A estrutura do quarto é boa, mini cozinha é boa, com pia, cafeteira, torradeira, micro-ondas e frigobar. A limpeza estava boa. Tem comodidade como ferro de passar e massageador de pés pra quem passa o dia todo em pé em uma feira é muito bom. Entrada com senhas é muito prático, não tem pessoal com ninguém praticamente. Na área comum tem self-service com salgadinhos, doces, balas, bebidas, onde vc mesmo paga e retira e com preços muito bons. O café da manha é continental, mas para 3 dias de estadia faltou capsulas de café, achei que teria reposição. O principal contra pra mim é o baixo isolamento acústico, a noite toda tem barulho relativamente alto da rodovia pra quem não está acostumado a dormir no barulho é muito ruim. A janela do banheiro não tem privacidade nenhuma, o vidro poderia ser fosco. tive um pouco de dificuldade com uber pela localização, teve motorista que quase cancelou chegando perto, depois da vila madalena/ pinheiros pra hospedagem vários aceitaram depois cancelaram, demorei até conseguir. De forma geral, se você não se incomoda com barulho da rodovia, será bem atendido com essa hospedagem.

Fomos bem recebidos e estava tudo otimo. O único ponto negativo da estadia foi o barulho da estrada que passa ao lado, que pode incomodar pessoas mais sensíveis, mas não atrapalhou nossa estadia e dormimos a noite toda.
