No ice machine on any floor but the first and it had no ice. And you have to walk half the hotel for that. Freezer did not work so what we thought was frozen was defrosted. They did bring us a shower chair. No sleep pillows for the pull out couch. Usually we have a good experience when we stay here but not so much this time. Maybe next time will be better.
