The Poor Richard apt is perfect for 2 people. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is well suited. The apt was more spacious than I was expecting. The bed was comfy and very soft. When in Philly I would definitely stay here again. We were there for a concert at Underground Arts and it’s literally around the corner. Reading terminal market and the Convention center was a few blocks down the street.

This was a pleasantly surprising choice. The units have a more at home feeling than a hotel or motel. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and liked the fact there wasn't a TV in the studio. Everything was super clean and they even provide basic necessities for cooking. I enjoyed not having the hassle of dealing with front desk check in and yet the quickness and attentivemess they provided when I needed something. If I were to offer a slight critque it would be that the pillows weren't great and the shower curtain was way too small and left too much of an area exposed. I would totally stay there again and already recommended it to friends and family.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Kestrel. Its central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Philadelphia. We walked everywhere but some sites may be too far for others. We especially loved how close it was to Reading Market which quickly became our go-to breakfast and snack spot.
