Uma boa opção custo benefício para ficar em Punta

Foi positivamente surpreendido por este resort. Ele, sem dúvidas, é uma das melhores opções para ficar em Punta Cana se você busca custo benefício. Destaque para o buffet de almoço, atrações e restaurante a la carte. O único ponto ruim que eu tive foi a quantidade enorme de mosquitos no quarto, o que me fazia acordar com várias picadas.

Nice property for a short stay

Nice property for a few nights. I wouldn’t stay here for more than a few days because the food and alcohol can be hit or miss. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable. Loved the beach - lots of room for everyone to be comfortable and water was excellent but a bit wavy so be mindful of that

Not really a 5 star

Hotel describes itself as 5 star, but more realistically it should be high end 3 star. It’s all a little dated with lots of maintenance issues outstanding, for instance, many public area toilets without locks, damaged pathways, poorly kept mini golf, poor quality bath towels, poor mosquito controls (complex us built on reclaimed mangrove area) and many rooms have poor views. The bar service varies, with US dollar tippers getting the best service, even though tips are supposedly included. Communication with the hotel via email was poor, with requests being ignored.

O quarto é ótimo! Ficamos na melhor localização (bloco A) próximo da piscina com bar e restaurante principal porém toda a locomoção dentro do resort é feito por um carro/trem que sempre está passando de 5-10 minutos. A comida é bem variada e o resort possui 5 restaurantes distintos sob reserva para jantar (Japonês, Brasileiro, Italiano, Dominicano e Mexicano).

Only real complaint, beach chairs are being hogged all day by people who arent even near by or on beach. Setting towels on chairs first thing in the morning then going about their days without spending much time on the chairs at all. Room also would get a musky stink and sewer smells every afternoon.

No meu ponto de vista foi tudo muito bom, a estrutura do lugar é perfeita, tudo muito lindo e funcional, bem cuidado e tudo muito limpo. Pontos negativos: alguns funcionários com má vontade, principalmente os do bar, acredito que eles tem aqueles costumes de chips( gorjeta) que eu particularmente acho desnecessário, pois você está em um resort all inclusive, e ter que ficar pagando para ser bem atendido. O resort não foi barato, então tem que se mudar isso , ainda mais que no Brasil não temos esse costume e mesmo assim $1 é = R$6,00. A internet gratuita não funcionou muito bem para mim, mais me deram uma paga , aí ficou ok. Os restaurantes temáticos tem que agendar no app deles , pra mim nunca funcionou… Mais vale muito a pena se hospedar lá, muito bom 👍

Esperava mais para um hotel 5 estrelas. Staff mal educado, principalmente a recepção e garçons. Comida mediana e bebida de má qualidade e aguada. O que mais incomoda realmente é a falta de vontade dos funcionários, por exemplo garçons que te atendem mal nos restaurantes temáticos (erram pedidos, atrasam, fingem não te ver) e a recepção ser completamente grosseira (erro de quarto, não ter vontade de explicar as coisas). A localização é boa, piscinas boas e a praia muito bonita. O que prejudica é o comportamento dos funcionários. Jacuzzi fria, geladeira quebrada, cerveja morna, reservas difíceis, serviço de quarto que você tem que ligar e pedir (pois nao fazem) e depois ligar novamente e pedir toalhas, praia que pessoas passam a cada 2 minutos tentando te vender algo. Estou escrevendo isso enquanto estou a 18 minutos esperando alguem me atender na entrada de um dos restaurantes - pode separar 2 horas nos tematicos, pela lerdeza dos garçons e da cozinha. O servico tem que melhorar para ser ruim. Pessimo, precisa de um tratamento de funcionários que parecem estar sofrendo para trabalhar (sempre com a cara irritada e grosseiros) com algumas poucas exceções. Para fechar com chave de ouro, o ar condicionado ou fica desligado ou extremamente gelado e as almofadas da cama fedem a mofo e nao devem lavar isso faz um bom tempo.

Tres bon hotel de milieu de gamme

Tres bon et beau hotel all inclusive de milieu de gamme, Pour le breakfast et le buffet du midi et du soir la nourriture est de tres bonne qualité et il y a beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant le TAO est bon mais j ai été déçu par le Nopal et le El pilon. Le personnel est tres aimable. Les chambres de milieu de gamme sont tres biens et propres sans etre grandres ni fabuleuses mais comme je le dis c'est un tres bon hotel de milueu de gamme.

Family Fun only

This resort is on a beautiful beach and the campus is well designed and lovely! The people are very nice and the service as good. However it is a very large resort so the service at times is slow and also mistakes are made. Our dinner reservations were input mistakenly twice and our internet service went out time after time even with the platinum package. We wasted too much time at reception trying to correct mistakes! The room was clean but we frequently had to ask for towels as they didn’t always replace them. The towels and linens need replacing as they are tattered and scratchy! The king bed was like a trampoline; when my husband moved I was tossed making it difficult to sleep. Also my pillow was large and hard. But my biggest issue was with the food. Although the restaurants are very pretty and the atmosphere always nice the food is bland and meats fatty and tough. Platinum package got us 2 nights worth of upgraded dinners and one a lobster yet still not so hot. Platinum gets you a special section on the beach with nicer lounges and near and restaurant and bar which is great. The downside is that it is near the area where they hold activities and music is always blasting. It gets on your nerve after awhile. I’d recommend this resort for families with kids as they do a great job entertaining them however it is not for couples seeking a quiet vacation.

Good but not great

We weren’t aware you could not flush your toilet paper after using the bathroom and the hot tubs were not hot. Drinks - meh to passing but nothing to be excited about. The grounds were beautiful and clean. Annoying, harassing staff trying to have you sit for a time share should not be allowed.
