We had a problem with our room when we first checked in and they moved us courteously. Staff were attentive and friendly. Clean and updated property. Our only complaint was that the concierge did not reach out prior to our trip. We missed getting our son signed up for ocean explorers because we didn’t get assistance ahead of our trip. They advertise the concierge service and promise they will reach out before your trip to help you plan activities. We didn’t hear from the concierge until 24 hours into our stay.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff was mostly helpful, and fix the broken TV in the room. But here is where they miss the quality bar: - room was not ready so they held bags. They didn't deliver bags to room or offer to take they to our room. - the elevators are dirty, very dirty. Cleaning guy cuts me off to go in elevator, looks around and walks out. - valet is slow and staff is often confused. Wait times average 7 minutes with no heat lamps. - they double billed for valet, and don't answer phone. That's an extra $237.

All was wonderful. Have to say that after making reservations two months in advance m, I was a bit disappointed in where we were placed. I should have said something when we check in but once I got over what I was expecting, the room location was okay but the room itself was over the top. We will go again but be a bit more vocal in our room placement. But this place comes with our strong recommendation to stay.

The staff were great and the hotel awesome. The only disappointment was I reserved a King un Expedia and wound up with 2 queens. It ended up being a lovely stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view villa loft. Gorgeous, spacious room. There were four of us but it could have comfortably fit more. Very clean with comfortable beds. Loved the balcony with the gas fireplace. Everything was pricey, as you might imagine. For what I spent, I would have loved for parking or breakfast to be included.

It is always nice to see Isaac and Jasmine working on the property. Very friendly... Of course the ammenities are superb. We will continue to stay at the Hotel del property for years to come, as we have family ob Coronado Island.
