No one working in office to check us in, the service man was there and he let us into our room. These are studio condos that are sub leased out and overseen by a management company. Good location. Clean, we were in a unit down the side of the complex so if we leaned over the balcony we could see the water.

The resort was beautifully maintained, I notice everything and I can honestly saw it was perfection. Our room was clean and adorable just one complaint was the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced, my back killed me all night, my husband too and he was in the military and can sleep anywhere no issues. The young man at the check in desk was awesome and the staff at the tiki bar were friendly. Great location, we walked to downtown every day, there’s a trial that’s easy to pick up on the way. Beautiful area!

We get there around 4:30 pm and drop our bags off. About an hour later we get a text that there won’t be water from 10:30 pm till 2;00 am. We couldn’t shower or brush our teeth. Asked for some sort of reimbursement and they said no. Hot tub wasn’t hot and fridge made noise all night we couldn’t sleep
