It is clear that there is a team one can get hold of at Bob W, and they try hard to make the stay as good as possible They have clearly invested in looking after their customers. There were a few minor details that I gave feedback on. The room was very beautiful, and the kitchen was well equipped. I would stay here again. For the winter, it is a bonus that there is a grocery store in the same building, without having to go outside.

Great location right next to the tram stop, very convenient for getting around. The studio is spacious for two people and comes with excellent amenities. I did have some trouble contacting the hotel via Expedia, as the messaging function didn’t seem to work, but I was able to reach them on WhatsApp eventually. They were very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp.
