Supererior double. Lovely room and super comfy bed. Good bathroom. Breakfast was lovely,hot and fresh and served nicely. Nice robes in the room and also iron and board. Added bonus was a bath. Will definitely stay again but maybe ask for a rear room as was lots of noise from traffic even with windows closed. Also think it's a bit unfair to charge for onsite parking.

Pleasantly warm room although the floor was quite squeaky in places. Window was single glazed and my room was facing the room so there was a bit of road noise. There was only one power socket that I could see and it was at the kettle. Bathroom was fine although the shower screen also squeaked. Decor was dated but the bed was comfortable. It was good that there was a pool. It was 10m but that’s okay to get a few lengths done. I used the sauna too but didn’t use the gym equipment. For someone on a budget this hotel is adequate enough.

Great central location. Reception was welcoming. The old building is quirky. Clean room. Personally found room, 2nd floor, too hot. Even with radiators off in December. Fantastic powerful shower. Fluffy towels. Plentiful coffee and tea plus biscuits.
