Too modern for comfort

Beds were too hard. Very modern hotel but it isnt our style. We like doors to the bathroom, not a plexiglass partition. There were not near enough outlets or charging areas. Tiny space. Shelf instead of a bedside table. Modern esthetic but not comfortable.

Horrible service the property is very nice but the staff has no knowledge of what they are doing. The snack bar never had anything I ordered water and the kitchen was closed the next day they ran out of half of the breakfast. Very uncoordinated and unprofessional service for being Marriott

The hotel is new. They don’t have staff the first night we got there. There was no chef so there was no dinner. The second day there was no staff so I couldn’t get drinks by the pool. There was nobody there. I checked out two days early because it was so terrible. I don’t know if I trust Expedia anymore. This is the second trip I’ve taken the accommodations were not what they were said to be on their website. My trip was to the Philippines and I was told the hotel had three restaurants, and it only had one I am completely Dissatisfied with Expedia what they advertise it’s not true. Obviously they do not check the accommodations that they put on their website. They don’t verify anything. All they do is pass on the information that the hotel passes on to them.

En general bien. Nos trataron bien a mi novio, a mí y a mi perrita. Lo único mal fue que la cama tenía cabellos, no se veía sucio lo demás, solo entre las sábanas. Tiene desayuno continental incluido. Sí volvería. Nota: si vas en fin tomar en cuenta que por algún motivo al rededor del hotel se hace mucho tráfico. Pero hay restaurantes y bares cerca para ir caminando.

fuera mejor sin alimentos, hacen pasar mal rato

Hace 2 años estube aqui y mi experiencia fue excelente, en esta visita tardaron mucho para hacer el chek-in y remato la muchacha del comedor que no estaba atenta para revisar las pulseras y en voz alta dice que las bufeteras no son para la pulsera, el lugar no esta señalizado para evitar penas a los huespedes, muy mala impresion y muy limitados los alimentos, no valen el pago adicional.
