Horrible experience. No hot water and was told there was no timeline on when it would be fixed. Didn’t even stay at the hotel, and now the hotel won’t even respond to hotels.com to refund the two bookings I made and went unused. Kasa gives me a number to have hotels.com to process my refund. But it’s not the number hotels.com has and the hotel won’t answer the one they’ve provided to hotels.com. May update if I ever get an effective solution.

Strange room, no support

Our second visit to this hotel. The first time was exceptional. This time we weren't happy with the room assigned to us (we were staying for six nights). Went to front desk where the clerk seemed annoyed that I was asking for help and said she was leaving in 30 minutes and that I should contact support myself via text. Contacted support and waited nearly three hours for someone to help (after being told they would prioritize my request to management), no one ever did. We were eager to unpack and settle in, so we ended up staying in the room with the (telephone booth like) shower in the middle of it.

This was a nightmare. There is no front desk person to help and when my reservation that was done through Expedia wasn’t in their system I had to rebook and double pay. I also had tons of trouble just locating the code to get into the shared bathroom. Probably my bad for not reading the fine print but when do you ever expect to NOT have a bathroom in your hotel room! Awful
