It was perfect for a quick stay! Hole in the Wall was good and convenient! We could walk pretty much anywhere within a few minutes. Eatly was a block over, Grey Dog was a great breakfast hangout and transit was easy to find.The only thing I was sad about was the rooftop bar was closed Monday and Tuesday. The front desk was friendly and gave great recommendations. Would stay again.

The property is in a good location, however the rooms are loud and let a lot of light in. We asked for an extra pillow and blanket, which they couldn't accommodate. After a flight cancelation, I asked for help checking-in and the gentleman at the desk said u needed to complete it all by myself on my phone. The hotel itself is decent at best, with literally zero options for service or help... and very expensive. Would not recommend.

Horrible hotel, the staff was nice in the end to resolve my problems and refunded me my booking but my god it was horrible we got locked out of the hotel couldn’t get access the customer service line never worked to let us in the lobby. Highly don’t recommend staying with SONDER just pay the extra for a nice hotel like 11th and Howard basically for the same price and much better service

Rooms only cleaned every five days, which is no good for us as we had our kids with us this time. Location is very good. Subway on 23rd and Eataly just around the corner for food.

Great stay but horribly inaccurate texts

My stay was overall great but the hotel kept sending me inaccurate texts and calendar invites which scared me to death. I thought I had accidentally booked the place for 5 days instead of 1 because of this. It was a real issue.
