Excellent position on Via Toledo with plenty of places to eat within a very short walking distance. Was a bit confusing to find the hotel as others have noted but very easy to get to from the main train station via the Metro. Staff were very friendly & helpful & gave us advice on places to visit. Breakfast was an added bonus. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable.

The best characteristics of the hotel are the location, on the main shopping street of Naples and 1 minute away from the metro, the service, with a very very friendly and welcoming staff, and the breakfast, which is great and tasty and varied. Also, the hotel is very clean. The only minor negative point is that the rooms could use some maintenance, but this is really minor compared to all the pros of the hotel. Definitely a recommended option if you stay in Naples.
