Where we booked and where we stayed was different from the application we looked on. We wanted to be by the water instead we were by a parking garage. We heard everytime someone left and came through speeding. The staff was very courteous and nice. The 11the floor we were on was suppose to have a snack machine that was empty and had to go look for other machines.

First the booking said Ceasars but I was told to check in at Harrahs. Older building at great location and room are nice. However I was not told and there was no notice in the room telling me that I had to request house keeping to fix room everytime. Amazing Hotel! Great service! Excellent in many ways except one major event. I booked two nights, but on the second night someone entered my room around 4 in the morning. Somehow they were showing me as checked out and checked someone else in. This could’ve turned out very badly. But they did comp me another night and $150 for restaurants in the casino.

Be sure where you’re actually booking

Booked at Caesars. Got there and they said they put me in the Harrahs tower. It’s quite dated, there’s no coffee available in the building, no shop for water or anything, no mini bars. Pretty sorry place to be totally honest, and the extremely misleading booking experience was just super weird and not transparent. Won’t book here again.
