Exceptional hotel

Centrally located, at walking distance to the museums' island and Brandenburg Gate. Tastefully interior decoration throughout – the large welcoming hall, the restaurant, hallways, and rooms. Our Deluxe Room was large, with a perfect bed, bathroom, and efficient, noiseless air conditioning. Very professional and helpful staff – thanks for the welcome and the credit. We had dinner at their restaurant – we enjoyed the well-prepared food, the wine, the service, and the whole atmosphere. I hope will come back again someday.

Never before have I been asked do many times why I’m at the hotel when I’m just trying to get to my room. I like to wear sandals and shorts since it’s summer. I’ve never felt so unwelcome before…or been apologized to so many times before because staff didn’t recognize I was a guest.

First time RF stay and wouldn’t return

Sadly this hotel and experience was nothing short of terrible. After checking in we didn’t get any information about facilities and was just told breakfast was at X time. The room was perfectly suitable - it wasn’t clear at all how to turn the light in the bathroom off so we slept with it on, the mirror was boiling hot so as a result the room was so humid and uncomfortable- we called in the morning to report it and then a knock at the door from a German maintenance man who was on the phone the whole time and no English spoken while I was trying to work not very friendly. I then spoke to the manager who seemed to not care and just offered a card for “next stay” for an upgrade. When checking out we got charged £70 for breakfast which we were told was included and the breakfast was not even worth £10 in my opinion. Coffee sour and food wasn’t quality. We actually checked into the titanic hotel next door. Half the price and double the quality. Such a shame for the most expensive hotel in Berlin.

最高の思い出

チェックインの時から、ホスピタリティ溢れるスタッフの対応に素敵な予感がしていました。部屋は美しく快適です。浴室はドイツでは珍しくバスタブつきで、旅の疲れてを癒すことができました。またテラスからの眺望は最高で、歴史ある重厚な景色を眺めながらゆったりと過ごすことができました。最高の体験でした。

Amazing property, the hotel is well located. The service is amazing the whole staff were welcoming and accommodating very nice bar, we did not eat at the restaurant but looked amazing too and saving it for next visit

Es gibt erstaunlicherweise keine Steckdosen am Bett. Wie in einem Hotel aus den achtziger Jahren. Zusätzlich lässt sich das Zimmerlicht ausgesprochen schlecht steuern.
