I am disappointed because my reservation was canceled at the last minute. I travel from CT to Atlantic City and when I got off the bus walking to the hotel i received a message from Cozy Suites stating that my reservation was canceled. I never had a problem before and i have stayed twice with them. This was so inconvenient trying to find somwwhere to stay at the last minute. That was very unprofessional.

I had a 2br 3bath suite, it was clean n cozy had everything to our convenience it was home a way fr home. Checkin was easy there was entertainment for both the kids n adults. The water park on the premises was convenient also.highly recommended for family vocation.

3rd world country "condo"

I will never stay here again. The 12th floor looks like an abandoned hotel, with broken ceilings and large puddles from what i assume was a bad leak from the ceilings. It looks like dirty ponds in different areas. The entire hotel smelled and the stench was even worse on the 12th floor, where, despite all i described, we still had a room. The room itself was another issue. Peeling paint. Missing dishes, cups, silverware. But, we noticed that the missing items were labeled. We ensured that we didnt get blamed for those going missing. As most of the stuff was gone/broken before we got there. One room was missing a bed. The living rooms pull out sofa was a weird, non usable "futon" there is NO staff to talk to so having things made right for us, never happened.

Room was very clean with comfortable beds and good pillows,a large bathroom, smart TV, and a refrigerator. Front desk checked us in quickly with no issues (also completed pre-check in with cozysuites a few days prior). Also can't beat the location right between Hard Rock and Ocean casinos.

The room was very clean and comfortable the only part was i dislike like the sofa bed I rate it a 1 out of 10 it’s not sleep able at all I rather had a cot in the room. I also asked for a blanket there was no blanket given at all. I think a cot should be placed in the closet.

Unreliable and lack customer service

Terrible service. Firstly, they forgot to send the email for their check in process (boarding pass). Waited 30 minutes to check-in. Arrived late in our room to a broken bed! the middle rod of the bedframe was so bend we has a dip in the middle of the bed! Had to sleep on the floor with no solution for 10hrs! There solution was to straighten Velcro wooden slats and claim the bed is not broken. We had to find another hotel. Very disappointing.

Don’t book with cozysuites

Overall we still had fun but the hotel as a whole including the rooms and hallways was awful. Dirty! Something brown dripping down the walls of bathrooms. Room didn’t look like it was cleaned by staff just last renter maybe. In the hotel main hallway there was dog crap that sat there untouched for hours with just a wet floor sign. There were I think 4 elevators but at check in only 2 were working by the end of the trip only 1 was working! The pool was closed and we were not told about that when booking. The water park and arcade were really only nice things about this hotel so we tried to be away and outside more.

The place was very clean and the perfect size for a couple! We stayed 5 nights and the price was super cheap compared to any other place in Atlantic City at the time. We had a gorgeous view from the 20th floor or the Showboat, and it was definitely somewhere I will book again!! Thank you

Good weekend geataway.

It was a great room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The room was clean and smelled pleasant on arrival. It only one trash can for the room and no other trash bags for trash. Overall a good experience at showboat via comfy suites.

In 50 years of traveling this was the worst experience of I can recall. Will not return. Could not enter room because door was locked from inside and then surprised by lack of support by Showboat. Paid extra for early check in and then couldn’t check in and didn’t get a refund for it. TV kept losing connection. Only one elevator operates for the 20 floor hotel. Significant wait times. Parking garage elevator broke and people had to use filthy, poorly lit, unsafe stairwells. It was sad to see people struggling with bags,etc.

The room was lovely, loved the location and you get what you pay for. Hotel is extremely outdated. Most of the staff was pretty nice. Parking is a bit pricey though

This is a great place to stay if you have children. The arcade is a ton of fun and great for everybody. They also have roller skating available as well as go-karts. The beach is steps away from the entrance. They also have the waterpark attached to the showboat. We decided not to go to that and still had a great time.

Overbooked and had no room

When we arrived at cozy suites they over booked the hotel and they were unable to provide us a room. When we went to the room the first gave us there was someone already in the room. Cozy suites is run by a 3rd party and do a terrible job coordinating with air bnb. This place is not worth your time. We did get a full refund but it was easily the worst place i ever booked. DO NOT GO HERE.
