We stayed for 4 nights and absolutely loved the location, it was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was welcoming, and always very helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the cozy Library/Coffee lounge area, which was such a relaxing place to unwind, along with the excellent pizza restaurant attached to the property. Everything was exactly as expected, which is especially reassuring when traveling internationally. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The biggest reason I choose this hotel was its location. It's really close to two Underground stations, and close to a lot of sites of interest. Some of the sites (Parlement, Westminster Abbey, and Trafalgar Square) are a short walk away. If I am in London again, I will definitely stay there.

The location is perfect for our need and all the sightseeing we wanted to do. The amenities like the lounge with hot beverages were just what we needed in the morning. The refillable plastic bottle for water was very helpful. Launderette was a plus since we have a long vacation and was able to do laundry with soap provided as well for free. We did did eat breakfast at the hotel, The only issue we had was the day we wanted our room clean, it was unfortunately missed but , they did come come the next day and all was fine .
