The hotel was absolutely amazing. The family that runs the property are so caring and helpful. We were able to hang with their rescued animals, enjoy the heated pool and take in the gorgeous scenery. We will be back again!

The staff is all family and they make you feel like family too! Such great people! The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely. Breakfast is cooked fresh, there is a hot tub and pool, and the grounds are immaculate! The hotel is high in the mountains so it is quiet and scenic. It is authentic Puerto Rico! We are planning another trip in November!

Stay away. The photos/description are deceptive. There is no safe, no sauna, no swim up bar (it looks like it hasn't been used in decades and had a toilet stored in it), the pool bar had no personnel/nothing in it and is not functional. The plumbing doesn't work properly, the toilet is old and stained, the bedding is polyester and uncomfortable, the "designer" toiletries are the cheapest possible - no nice soaps, lotions or shampoo. The furniture is damaged, cheap furniture that has been painted. The shower was freezing cold. After complaining, were told to turn it on C to get H. Upon our arrival, surprised to see the condition of our "Premium King". There was another bed pushed into the corner and I was straining to see the sea view. The room smelled like an air freshener factory as there was an open bottle of a purple liquid which filled the room with a fake lavender fragrance. The rooms are supposed to be non-pet rooms, but the owner's dog ran into our room and hid under the furniture. We tried to get it out but it started to growl. The owner, reeking of cigar smoke, came into the room to retrieve his dog. We were not given a device to open the gate until the next day. In fact, we were locked in because the gate locks upon exiting. There was paint spilled on the floor, no cups in the room, no coffee maker. The saving grace of this place is the hot tub. Just watch out for the broken flower pot. Breakfast was OK, but lacked oatmeal, yogurt, etc. We left ASAP.

Great location, quiet, beautiful pool and nice hot tub. Ricardo and his family (owners) went out of there way to ensure that our stay was perfect. Breakfast every morning outside by the pool was amazing.

The staff at the hotel is what makes this such a wonderful place to stay. They are so helpful, friendly and attentive. The property is still a work in progress, but I can't wait to go back! Having breakfast ready for us every morning was great as well.

The owners are fantastic and so accommodating and friendly. The place is beautiful. Room was great. I advise getting a car if you want to sightsee although they will take you. Also advise getting food and drinks for the room. It’s a perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely go there again.
