One big negative is there is no staff available or no way to get ahold of someone from 9pm until 9am. We needed help getting into our room because our keys wouldn’t work and there was no answer on the phone, left message and no response until 9am the next morning!!!

We've stayed at this property before. Room was fine, clean, and serviceable. A/C didn't appear to work, but it was a cool night. Bathroom door handle was on backwards, locked from the outside. Had a balcony (overlooking the parking garage and other buildings, but was clean/fresh air). Bedside lamp and clock/radio didn't work, but I didn't bother looking to see if they were plugged in. Everything is a bit tired, but they are freshening it up with clean paint regularly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were not super comfy, kind of short for a 6' tall person, but the price was right.

There was old half eaten food still in the fridge, the plate and cups that were in the cabinets were dirty and stained. The door handles were falling off and the main sliding door barely locked and was also falling off. Would not stay here again.
