The hotel is starting to look a little tired with bathroom hardware looking old and warn. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and well presented. It is used extensively by trades folk so avoid the breakfast areas between 7:30 and 8:30. Good luck to the new management.

Breakfast was good, if a little busy! The cutlery suffered the usual dishwasher smudges, but that's kind of expected these days. We didn't request a disabled room, but we were very impressed with the disabled facilities - the low level door spyglass, for instance. Total blockout curtains were welcome for a Sunday morning lie in. Reception/bar/restaurant staff were very pleasant, polite and attentive.
