Upon my arrival, the staff was very cold and distant. When spoken to they would ignore me and take a bit of a time to acknowledge my question. The room was a little bit small to what it had been promoted on the website.

I will never stay here again because of the staff. The one guy is rude and argumentative. A screamer. Nevermind that every room is smoking, regardless of what you book on the app. Some rooms have only a bed. No other furniture. Some have damaged mattresses with covers that do not mask the smell. Cleaning occurs at all hours of the night because it is a local, hook up place. Not a tourist hotel. Not a family hotel. Not a single female hotel.
