Absolutely great experience! I travel solo everywhere and found this gem of a hotel for a really inexpensive rate. The room was phenomenal..air conditioning blew super cold, the view from my balcony was amazing, breakfast was superb and they even gave me extra coffee because I’m addicted to the stuff and Sara was extremely nice & accommodating. Whenever I come back to Monaco, I know exactly where I’m going to stay. Everybody was professional & friendly from start to end. 10/10 stars!!! Thanks again!! 💯💯💯

The property looks rundown the office when you first come in is very dirty and disorganized They charged me an extra night knowing I had bought insurance with Expedia we missed our plane because a train problem They up grade us to a lovely apt ment but we could not lock the front door it took us exactly 3 hours to get in our romm they rented the apartment we reserved so the upgrade was just to make up for that and the extra charge was for upgrade the person in charge was there I sew her and she looked at me but had the other lady help us and the cleaning lady was very good and very nice and took time to tell us to go to different places she cared How do I claim a lost of a night plus the extra charge thank you

Ho soggiornato al Sara Riviera per un weekend con la famiglia e cu siamo e mi sono trovato molto bene. Posizione ottima, a due passi dal mare e vicino al centro. Camera pulita, confortevole e con balconcino vista mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e di qualità, servita su una bella terrazza panoramica. Molto comoda anche la piscina e il parcheggio privato.

Leider echt enttäuschend

Leider nicht wie auf den Fotos !! Unterkunft sehr schmuddlig. Viel kaputt ( Kühlschrank, Lüftung, usw.) und runtergekommen. Vom Parkplatz bis zum Apartment steile Wege, mit vielen Treppen. Das einzigste die Aussieht traumhaft.

Nice views and that’s it

Beautiful views, but that’s about it. The apartment we stayed in had been redone in the past couple of years, but was still pretty worn. The air conditioning unit was old and smelly and could not keep up with the temperatures which made it impossible to stay in the unit during the day and uncomfortable at night. The location is great for views, but that’s about it. Could not really walk anywhere and could not park anywhere in the town. Hard to find groceries and other supplies. Had questions about my reservation and sent several messages- no response. Was supposed to have received check in instructions, but never received anything. Staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful. Parking was fine. Note that the elevator does not go to the ground floor so some stairs are required. Not worth the 400 euro per night we spent. Would not stay here again.

Très mauvaise expérience

Gros problème d’accès aux appartements. -Nous avons fait face à une infestation de fourmis volantes dans la kitchenette et la salle de bain. -L’assise (lunette + abattant) des wc bougeait et sortait. -Humidité constante dans tout l’appartement, dans les lits, et odeurs insupportables car manque de moyens de ventilation, si vous voulez aérer vous devez ouvrir la porte fenêtre principale ce qui cause le réchauffement de l’appartement et une absence de sécurité et d'intimité. Sur sa page elle dit que tous les appartements ont vue sur la mer ! Faux ! On a vu sur l’agencement extérieur (graviers, plantes, grillages !), il faut sortir de son appartement et marcher pour voir la mer sur le chemin commun ! -La climatisation envoyait une mauvaise odeur -Des appâts pour rongeurs traînent à la terrasse. -Les meubles sont cassés (la surface plane de la table du séjour allait tomber sur mes pieds) pareil pour les tables de nuits dont les verres posés bougent et peuvent se fracasser à tout moment. aucun accès adapté pour les personnes handicapées ni familles avec bébé. Nous avons dû faire le parcours du combattant à chaque fois que nous rentrions ou sortions de l’appartement avec 3 enfants dont un de 3 ans l’autre de 5 mois !
