J'ai réservé cet hôtel, je me suis trompé lors de la réservation sur le nombre de personnes dans la chambre, j'ai appelé sur le chat d'Expedia, ils m'ont confirmé que c'est pas un problème et qu'il avisait l'hotel. (j'ai fais une capture d'écran heureusement). Le réceptionniste a exigé de voir comme quoi j'avais fait cette démarche, juste pour me dire de payer 250 Dhs de plus pour la 2eme personnes. Ce que je n'ai jamais refusé. Après 700 Km, perdre pratiquement 30 minutes a la réception pour avoir la chambre, pour une chose que j'ai fais dans le règle, et d'être aussi insistant, ma femme voulait que l'on chang d'hôtel. Nous voulions manger sur place, mais avons été dehors, car vraiment pas envie de donner 1 dhs de plus à des gens qui traitent les clients comme ça. En plus la chambre était équipée avec les produits d'accueil, linge, etc pour 1 personne, on a du réclamer d'avoir pour la 2eme personne. c'est un très mauvais service. Je ne le recommande pas du tout.

Globalement un très bon séjour. Check-in rapide et accueil chaleureux. Personnels bilingues (français et anglais) très professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Grande TV FHD avec les chaînes européennes très fluide. Possible de se connecter également à Prime Vidéo ou Netflix avec son compte perso. Petit déjeuner copieux et service impeccable. Quelques points d’amélioration : 1. Pas de chaise dans la chambre devant le bureau 2. Frigo fonctionne moyennement même en réglage puissance max. 3. Pas de mouchoirs dispo en chambre 4.
